SGD-Payroll’s Hybrid Service

The Hybrid model is designed for workers who are constantly changing between employed and selfemployed placements dependent on their current “supervision, direction & control” status. This model allows tax relief on travel from one location to another as contractors are verified as multisite engaged using our SDC test for each f their placements. The model fully complies with IR35, MSC, AWR and T&S legislation published in April 2016 along with the older False Self-Employment legislation published in April, 2014.

The Process

Registration is quick and easy, and can be done through our online portal or over the phone. Once you’ve provided us with all of your details we’ll send you your own personal login details for our online portal where you’ll be able to access all your personal information, payslips etc.

Once you are registered we would need to obtain your compliance information such as proof of address and identity along with a copy of your passport which can be sent to us in the post or via e-mail and verify you as a multi-site engaged worker. This is a simple process that can be done over the phone.

Your payments are guaranteed to be paid into your bank accounts before 11 am at the latest every Friday (although it’s usually much earlier than that).
